turnaround update

I’ll be out of the studio a little more often than normal in May and early June.

The next planned day out of the studio is: Thursday May 15th.

I’ll be out on Monday 19th, but I don’t usually run the printers on a Monday in any case.

Normal turnaround

Prints: 1-3 working days on most papers.* Same day printing might be possible on request.

Scanning: 2-4 working days for basic scans, 2-6 working days for optimised scans (transparencies may take longer, best to email me if you want to book in transparency scans including negatives and slides). Same day basic scanning may be possible on request.

*for non-urgent orders I try to combine jobs on the same paper type into one session, which means turnaround on some papers might be a little longer. (eg German Etching, Legacy Gloss, Washi, and to a lesser extent the Somerset papers can take a little longer if the order isn’t urgent).

Note that I rarely run the printers on weekends or Mondays, and not always on a Friday, so orders that come in later in the week may have a longer turnaround compared to earlier in the week.
