If you need it quickly, let me know and I’ll do my best to turn the job around for you within your deadline.

The studio will be closed 23rd-25th Feb. Orders made between now and the 25th can be collected from approx 2pm on the 25th (timings may shift a little).

Normal turnaround:

Prints: Up to 24” on the shortest edge/ A1: 1-3 working days on most papers.* Same day printing is often possible on request.

Larger than A1: 2-6 working days

Scanning: 2-4 working days for basic scans, 2-6 working days for optimised scans (transparencies may take longer, best to email me if you want to book in transparency scans including negatives and slides). Same day basic scanning is often possible on request.

*for non-urgent orders I try to combine jobs on the same paper type into one session, which means turnaround on some papers might be a little longer. (eg German Etching, Legacy Gloss, Washi, and to a lesser extent the Somerset papers can take a little longer if the order isn’t urgent). Anything larger than 24” on the shortest edge is subject to longer turnarounds.

Note that I rarely run the printers on weekends or Mondays, and not always on a Friday, so orders that come in later in the week may have a longer turnaround compared to earlier in the week.
