I aim to reply to every non-spam message I receive within 48 hours (not including weekends). If you’ve not heard back from me in a reasonable time-frame please email me again (email me direct if you used the form the 1st time) or phone/ text me. I’ve heard that some messages are not reaching my inbox, and some of my replies to messages are not getting through.

finding my studio
I don’t have set opening hours so it’s best to arrange your visit in advance to guarantee that I’m around when you come (book an appointment above).
Find me at The Silk Mill, Studio 3, Saxonvale, Frome, BA11 1PT.
If you’re at the Silk Mill, press “3” on the main mill intercom and it will call me.
Car parks: there’s a small car park at the Silk Mill (though the big green gates opposite the French antique cafe). If you luck upon a space you will need to borrow a visitor parking docket from me. If there are no spaces, there’s two public car parks within a 3 minute walking distance, one near the Bennett Centre, and the other opposite M&S.

a note on phoning me
I don’t always answer my studio phone, especially if I’m not in the studio, or I’m if in the middle of a difficult task. I prefer written communication via email so that I can refer back to conversations, for this reason I check my email more frequently than my phone. If you’re more of a phone person than an email person that’s ok, you can contact me via phone but it’s more reliable if you can book a phone consultation or you can email me to ask me to call you. You’re welcome to try calling me on the off-chance anyway: 07404 909404. I am not on WhatsApp, so you can only call or text me on this number.
