I aim to reply to every non-spam message I receive within 48 hours (not including weekends). If you’ve not heard back in a reasonable time-frame please email me again (email direct if you used the form the 1st time) or phone/ text.

The calendar doesn’t allow same-days bookings even if I’m in - so if you want to see me today* please email or text me to arrange a good time
*Same-day appointments are less likely outside of core studio days
The calendar shows days & times that are easiest for me, but I will try to accommodate different times or days if you can’t make any of the available slots. Please let me know your ideal day/ time.
opening days & times
The only way to guarantee I will be in when you come is to book an appointment. You can chance it on my core studio days:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:30am-5pm
Friday: 10:30am-12:30pm.
I can be flexible if arranged in advance, including visiting me outside of these hours.
If you come without an appointment I might not be able to see you if I already have appointments booked, if I’m in the middle of working on something complex, or I’ve had to leave the studio for whatever reason.

It’s best to arrange your visit in advance to guarantee that I’m around when you come (book an appointment above).
Find me at The Silk Mill, Studio 3, Saxonvale, Frome, BA11 1PT
Car parks: there’s a small car park at the Silk Mill (though the big green gates. sooner.heap.wages what 3 words - takes you to the road just outside the car park.) If you luck upon a space you will need to borrow a visitor parking docket from me. If there are no spaces, there’s two public car parks within a 3 minute walking distance, one near the Bennett Centre, and the other opposite M&S.
If you’re at the Silk Mill, press “3” on the main mill intercom and it will call me. (It’s occasionally temperamental, so call me if it doesn’t work. If you still can’t get through it could mean that I’m in an appointment already)

I am not on any messaging apps, so you can only call or text me on this number.
If I don’t answer it means I’m out of the studio or in the middle of a difficult task. I personally prefer written communication via email, so that I can refer back to conversations, for this reason I check my email frequently when I’m in the studio. I recommend you book a phone consultation if you can’t get through, or you can email me to ask me to call you.
